My name is Rebecca Rawlinson & I'm here to help you through your real estate buying & selling journey! I've proudly been a residential real estate agent since 2017 & a commercial real estate agent since 2021. I have a wide range of experience from large farm & ranch tracts to small fixer-up properties to commercial building & business sales! I'm also a preferred realtor with the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSHAC) providing knowledge of assistance to our Texas Heros. & Recently adding to my resume, Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist. Specializing in the sale of real property in family law cases. My 8 years of background working in the district courts as well as in a law firm, combined with my years of experience as a realtor & top producer allows me to advise my clients with critical decisions and careful planning.
